Game Plan Gatherings is an event planning company specializing in organizing and executing a variety of themed events to a wide range of individuals, businesses, and organizations that include trivia nights, Dungeons and Dragons (DnD) sessions, murder mysteries, video game tournaments, retro video game nights, field days, game themed special events, and much more. 

We are based north of Raleigh, NC, and primarily serve clients in Wake, Durham, and Franklin counties. However, we are open to serving clients in surrounding areas and beyond. 

We begin with a consultation to understand your objectives and preferences. Then, we present customized event packages tailored to your needs and budget. Once the details are finalized, we handle all aspects of planning and execution, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. 

We recommend booking your event at least a few weeks in advance to allow ample time for planning and preparation. However, we can accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
